Dr. Tyler White is a Chiropractor by trade that specializes in sports rehab and performance. Dr. White’s approach is to access the whole body in motion to identify areas of dysfunction that could lead to injury or a reduction in performance.
Dr. White is the founder of a baseball pitching performance and sports medicine conference called the World Pitching Congress. The World Pitching Congress brings some of the top professionals in baseball from pitching coaches, strength coaches, biomechanists, and sports medicine professionals.
Dr. White is a consultant to MLB players (specifically pitchers) and organizations to better improve their performance while also working to reduce repetitive overuse injuries that tend to plague throwing athletes.
Dr. White is frequently asked to present at sports conferences on baseball performance and movement optimization. He’s also an adjunct professor at Maryville University teaching in the exercise science division on health and human movement.
